SMBCredit.net is a business-to-business credit reporting bureau that collects, aggregates, and reports trade payment data for small and medium-sized businesses. Our services include:

• Business credit report generation and access
• Trade data submission and reporting
• Credit scoring and risk assessment
• Dispute filing and resolution services
• API access for approved data reporters

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for use by businesses and business representatives only. By registering, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are accessing the Service on behalf of a legitimate business entity. Consumer credit reporting is not within the scope of this Service.

4. Accounts and Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Data Submission and Accuracy

Members who submit trade data ("Reporters") represent and warrant that all submitted data is accurate, complete, and relates to legitimate business transactions. Submitting false, misleading, or fabricated trade data is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and legal action.

All submitted data is subject to review and verification. We reserve the right to reject, correct, or remove data that we determine to be inaccurate or in violation of these terms.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading trade data
• Access reports on businesses without a legitimate business purpose
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit report data without written permission
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls
• Use automated means to access the Service without authorization
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights

7. Subscription and Payments

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice to subscribers. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Credit scores and reports are provided for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for credit decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information in our database.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMBCredit.net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data retention following termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio County, West Virginia.
